We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Cancellation and Refund

ANY Enquiry or Lead or Products  PURCHASED THROUGH THE YESGLE PLATFORM IS MEANT SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR PERSONAL USE BY THE PERSON IN WHOSE NAME THE Enquiry or Lead or Products  HAS BEEN ISSUED. Enquiry or Lead or Products  ARE NOT A TRANSFERABLE PROPERTY AND CANNOT BE RESOLD, TRANSFERRED OR CONVEYED TO ANY PERSON UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN AND EXPRESS PERMISSION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE EVENT ORGANIZER. ANY PERSON FOUND ABUSING Enquiry or Lead or Products FOR PERSONAL GAIN OR FOR COMMERCIAL USE SHALL BE LIABLE TO SUITABLE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO BLACK MARKETING AND FINANCIAL & CRIMINAL FRAUD.

If Yesgle Web Solutions or the Event Organizer finds that You are transferring or selling, or You had in the past transferred or sold, Your Enquiry or Lead or Products , including m-Enquiry or Lead or Products or band, through any mode, including social media platforms, other Enquiry or Lead or Products platforms, by hand, thereby allowing any other person to access the Event without purchasing the Enquiry or Lead or Products  from Yesgle Platform, then Yesgle Web Solutions or the Event Organizer may initiate suitable legal proceedings.

Enquiry or Lead or Products once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, modified, transferred, or refunded, and You shall not make any request for modifications in the Enquiry or Lead or Products  , including change in date, time, location, or category unless the Event Organizer has specified so in the Event’s terms and conditions. Please make sure You check the date, time, and location before You book Your Enquiry or Lead. But we’d still advise You to read the terms and conditions for each Event regarding exchange, cancellation, modification, transfer, and refund. If You wish to change or modify your Enquiry or Lead details, the same shall be entirely at the discretion of the Event Organizer.

If an Event is cancelled or postponed and the Event Organisers of such Event agree on issuing a refund for the Enquiry or Lead or Products  , it shall be the Event Organisers sole responsibility to contact You and process the refund and Yesgle Web Solutions and/or One97 shall have no liability in this regard. However, the booking fee charged by Yesgle Web Solutions is non-refundable. If the Event Organizer informs Yesgle Web Solutions to process the refunds on their behalf, Your refunds may reflect in Your account within seven (07) to ten (10) working days from the date of receiving the refund request.

PRICING, OFFERS, AVAILABILITY, AND SEAT CONFIRMATION
Yesgle Platform is a Enquiry or Lead or Products  platform and sells Enquiry or Lead or Products  on behalf of Event Organisers and therefore has no control over its availability, offers, and pricing. If the Event Organiser announces any offer for the Event, such an offer will not apply to the Enquiry or Lead or Products  purchased before the announcement of the offer.

After the payment is complete, You will receive a confirmation page or email that must be shown at the event venue to redeem Your Enquiry or Lead or Products.

If You do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our customer service department to confirm whether the order has been placed or not. We dont want You to lose money in case You assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

While purchasing Enquiry or Lead or Products , You are limited to a specific number of Enquiry or Lead or Products  You can buy per event.

Products

In the event that You have placed an order for purchase of a product made available for sale on Yesgle Platform, if at the time of delivery and/or within 15 days from the date of delivery, if any defect is found or You are unhappy with the product for any reason, then You can ask for replacement of the product or products from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Availability of the product or part of the product with the seller.
• The product is not damaged due to misuse.
• The damage/defect is covered under the manufacturers warranty.
• The product is not tampered with and missing serial numbers.
• The product is returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturers packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product delivered.
• The product is not customized or made to order.
• Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed or damaged in any way.
• Original tags and packaging should be intact.

Please note that this policy relating to Products is only in relation to goods. This Products policy is not applicable to Enquiry or Lead or Products that You purchase on the Yesgle Platform or on the Food & Beverage tokens that you purchase at any Event which You access.

INDEMNIFICATIONS

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Yesgle (including its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, consultants and agents) (each an Indemnified Party) from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Indemnified Parties that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User, pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, or any acts committed by third parties not authorized by Yesgle , or in relation to any third party claims raised against Indemnified Parties in relation to the foregoing.

Shipping and Delivery

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and / or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Yesgle Web Solutions is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
